If you have an upcoming delivery that you want to skip, you can do so easily through our account management tool. Here’s how:
Navigate to the homepage of www.distillata.com. Locate the “My Account” icon in the upper right-hand corner.
Sign in to your account. *If this is your first time logging into your online account, you will need to activate it by choosing “Register Now.” Please have your account number and billing zip code handy.
Navigate to and click on “skip this delivery.”
A pop-up box will appear to ask if you are sure that you want to skip this delivery. Click yes.
A second pop-up box will appear to confirm that you have successfully skipped your next delivery.
If you change your mind, you can re-enact the delivery up to two days before the scheduled date (after that please contact us or use the live chat feature on the website). To re-enact your water delivery, navigate to and click on “re-enable this delivery.”
A pop-up box will appear to ask if you are sure that you want to re-enact this delivery. Click yes.
A second pop-up box will appear to confirm that you have successfully re-enacted your next delivery.
