The switch has been flipped Northeast Ohio…yes, the air conditioning was on yesterday but today it’s jeans and a sweatshirt. Autumn in our neck of the woods is absolutely splendid bringing with it a sensory overload that few ever witness.

Life seems to slow down and somehow gets a bit simpler. There is nothing better than cozy crisp evenings with a soft blanket and little else to do but sip something that will warm you from the inside out. Some choose a hot toddy for that task, I on the other hand head straight for rosemary tea.
Rosemary is one of my very favorite herbs to grow, it is low maintenance and I have found a million different ways to use it. One of easiest is homemade rosemary tea using the instant hot spigot of my water cooler. In addition to ease of preparation, there are only three ingredients!
You will need:
Directions:
You now have a delicious, aromatic, all-natural herbal tea made in a matter of seconds! Rosemary and honey have an uncanny ability to amplify each other while melting together seamlessly. Although the flavors are unique and abundantly apparent there is a subtleness about this tea, I am certain it will appeal to the masses especially those seeking a pleasant decaf option.
In addition, rosemary has a ton of health benefits! Rosemary has been proven to increase circulation, particularly to the brain, possibly slowing the affects of Alzheimer’s. Plus, it can help with digestion and aid in preventing cancer and heart disease as it is a known antioxidant. Hot tea counts in your daily water intake goals and can help keep your tummy feeling full.
Sipping delicious rosemary tea is a wonderful way to stay warm as we head off to cooler weather, it is easy to make and choc full of benefits. So what are you waiting for, let’s have a cup!
