How To Make Grapefruit Cucumber Detox Water

Ingredients:

Makes 2 Liters

• 2 liters ice-cold water
• 1 large grapefruit
• 1 large cucumber

Directions:

1. Peel and slice the grapefruit, removing as much white flesh as possible. Be careful not to lose too much of the juice when slicing.
2. Slice your cucumber (peel it if desired). Thinner pieces (not too thin) will ensure more flavor seeps into the water.
3. Place the cucumber and grapefruit in a pitcher.
4. Set the pitcher in the fridge overnight. Remove the grapefruit and cucumber, or add it to your glass.
