Sage Mint Tea Recipe

Ingredients:

makes 8 ounces

  • 1 teaspoon fresh or dried sage leaves
  • 1 teaspoon fresh or dried mint leaves
  • 8 ounces hot water

Directions:

  1. Steep the sage and mint in the boiling water for 3-5 minutes.
  2. Add honey, Stevia, or cane sugar to sweeten, if desired.

Tip: Try adding verbena or rosemary!
