You hear it all the time, drink more water, drink less soda. But, if you do not like the taste of plain water, that is easier said than done. Luckily, we have a tasty solution for you–detox water. Detox water is sometimes called infused water or spa water. All of those terms are just a fancy way of saying water with fruit and herbs added to it. The fruit and herbs add flavor and additional health advantages.
Notes: we recommend using filtered or bottled water. Fresh pineapple is a must. And Nooma is our preferred coconut water brand. If your water is already cold, you can begin to drink the mixture within 10-15 minutes of making it, if desired. This recipe can be adjusted to make a single-serve version using a mason jar.
