Easy Raspberry Ginger Spritzer Recipe


Makes about 10 ounces

  • 4 oz champagne (optional) 
  • 3 oz ginger ale
  • 2 oz sparkling water
  • 8 raspberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger
  • Ice


  1. Crush or mull the raspberries and ginger in the bottom of a glass.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients, slightly stir, and enjoy!


If you prefer a mocktail version of this recipe skip the champagne. You can simply make up the missing ounces in the sparkling water or ginger ale.
